General Warranty Coverage

The C&T Smart Bidet Toilet Seat comes with a:

12-Month Limited Manufacturer Warranty

This warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, and functionality under normal residential use.

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.

Our warranty typically includes:

• Manufacturing faults

• Structural issues not caused by external damage
• Components that fail prematurely under proper installation and use

If your claim is approved, you may be entitled to:

What’s Not Covered

The following situations are not covered under the warranty:

• Incorrect installation or failure to follow the installation manual
• Damage caused by improper voltage connection
• Commercial or industrial use
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., filters, seals, cosmetic finishes)
• Hard water scale buildup or lack of filtration
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, modification, or disassembly
• Exposure to harsh cleaning chemicals
• Natural disasters or external environmental damage
• Claims made without valid proof of purchase


Important Notes

• We do not replace the entire unit. Instead, we will promptly send the necessary replacement parts to resolve the issue and ensure your product continues to function properly.

• Installation must be performed correctly and in accordance with the provided manual. Improper installation may void warranty coverage.

• WaterMark certification is not included with this product. Please check local plumbing regulations before installation.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

Include the following details:

• Full name
• Order number
• Product name
• Clear description of the issue
• Photos or short video demonstrating the defect

Our support team will review your claim and respond with the next steps. If approved, we will guide you through the appropriate resolution process.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the product was faulty upon arrival.


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This warranty operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
